REGARDING OC & Fan Characters
Please provide a visual reference!Written descriptions leave a lot of room for error. If you have a bio feel free to link it! Things like favorite food, hobbies, environment, and personality can me with backgrounds if you want one.
HOW THIS WORKS:
Customer contacts me regarding their commission request, visual references if applicable, and their email address. If you have an idea in mind, please mention this*.
*I've gotten loose specifications such as, "something cutesy" or "at the beach".
Just something to give me an idea of what you like.
If you are unsure or wish to grant me artistic freedom, that's fine!
Should I agree to the commission, an invoice is sent and to be paid in (3) days. Once paid, I will create (3) thumbnails for the commission, based on specifications provided, if any at all.
The customer is presented these thumbnails and selects one they favor. If there are any alterations they desire, this is the time to do so. (posing, palette, scenery, etc.)
A new thumbnail is drafted based on the customer's input, and once the new thumbnail is approved by the customer, I move onto detailed sketching, lineart, etc. At this point, no further alterations may be requested.
TERMS OF SERVICE
I provide digital illustration services. Customers will receive a .PNG file of the artwork and NOT a physical print. Also, commissions are to be intended for private or personal use. They are not to be resold or utilized for projects.By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service.I retain the right to:
Decline a commission request.
Utilize or create works derivative of the thumbnails rejected by the customer for personal or commercial purpose.
*If the thumbnails were intended for artwork involving one's Original or
Fan Character, I may use all other elements of the drawing except for
the character itself.
Payments & Refunds.
I only accept USD via Paypal. Provide your email, as I use invoicesIf you want to cancel the commission for any reason, I retain 50% of the charge if I have moved beyond creating the sketch. If I must cancel your commission, I will refund you in full
If requested, I can contact you when I am able to continue drawing and I will generate a new invoice if you still wish to see the work completed.
